extends AbstractPlugIn

Sets up and installs the delineation tool. In the future, we will be able to install CursorTools directly from a jar that users can drop into an appropriate directory. There will be no need for an installation plug-in like this one.

Performs the action for this plugin. For threaded plugins with dialogs, this method contains the code to invoke the dialog. If the user cancels the dialog, this method should return false to prevent the run method from being called.
